Orders are delivered with care via Royal Mail Signed For service.
Orders must be signed for on delivery.
Orders received before 12.00pm will be shipped the same day, orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 12.00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday.
During high season and Sale time, delivery might take a little longer.
We do not offer collection services.

We will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will replace your order or refund you.
Parcels that are returned to us due incorrect address will not be reposted and we will refund you the order less shipping.

Please ensure send your return using a trackable service, such as Royal Mail Signed For. Please ask for a proof of postage/tracking in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us, Rocket Shop London cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
4) We will refund your order by your purchase method of payment less the shipping cost (does not apply to orders with free shipping)
Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
Please follow our return policy, as you have a 14-day refund and exchange right that begins from the day you receive your goods, beyond that time, you will have lost rights to a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received, we will not issue refund if merchandise show signs of use or damage.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it. Customer will receive the funds from a refund in their account approximately 5–12 business days after the refund is submitted.
However, during busy Sale periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.
